At Beambox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your electronics don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Beambox account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and avoid restocking fees.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
